Smouse Brothers have come to my rescue a couple of times. Hard to stop water when you live on a hill! They put a sump pump on one side and poly fill on opposite side. Excellent honest people to work with! Recommend them highly! William came and did the poly-fill. He was very friendly and put up with all my questions and interruptions. Very happy with this company!!

My wife and I normally do not leave reviews but in this case, we wanted to express our gratitude to the Smouse Bros foundation repair team, specifically Sean and all of his co-workers. All of the workers were very nice and definitely hard working, always keeping us up to speed on what they were going to do next and addressing all of our concerns. The reason we chose the Smouse Bros was they not only were going to fix what was wrong with the house and foundation they also do the dirt and curtain drain work that caused our problems in the first place which was something the other foundation companies said they would not do when I contacted them for an estimate. Thanks again for a job well done!

Smouse has been wonderful to work with, and plan to use them for all my foundation needs in the future. Every employee I interacted with was professional, understanding, and kind. They helped me better understand my home, and eased my mind about worries I had. We were quoted for work to be done, and unfortunately due to a death in the family and a lost job we couldn't have it done right away. They completed the work as soon as we were able. Do NOT hesitate- this is the company to use.

These guys are great. A different company, which I shall not name, gave me quote of over 3K to fix an issue with water seeping into my storm room. Smouse Bros came out and concluded I need to extend the downspout from my gutter system about 20 feet and remove the dirt a previous company had piled against the back wall of the garage in which the storm room is located. He told me he's 95% sure this will solve the issue. So, I'm off to Lowes to pick up an extension for my downspout. I'll remove the dirt in the morning before the predicted rain and hope for the best. I think he is right. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything very clearly and made no attempt to sell me on an expensive job. The visit was free. No charge. A refreshing change from the fast willies out there.

We had Smouse Brothers out today to work on raising our driveway three inches. William was very professional; he explained the work process and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We would highly recommend William and Smouse Brothers to our neighbors for driveway or foundation repair. We had four estimates for this work and an extra plus is they were the most reasonably priced.

My second project using Smouse Brothers. Jesse has always been fantastic to work with… very knowledgeable and always comes up with a plan to address any problem, no matter how challenging. This particular job was pier work and crawlspace encapsulation. Jesse evaluated the crawlspace and came up with a plan. The crew, Cody and Eric, showed up on time and jumped right in. They worked non stop for 2 1/2 days and done a fantastic job encapsulating the crawlspace and installing a dehumidifier. They both were very friendly and communicated well about the job. Tough work, but they tackled it with a passion and were proud of their work, which was well deserved. I would highly recommend Jesse and Smouse Brothers to anybody in need of the services they provide.

The Smouse Brothers service was both professional and outstanding! They performed a thorough inspection of my foundation, identified the problems, and provided a detailed solution with full and fair estimate of cost and time. The actual work was performed as planned, in a fully professional manner, and I was given a full tour of the completed work. Promises made and professionally delivered for a fair price, what else could I ask for???

Our experience with Smouse Bros was remarkable. The crew of Will, Evan and James were very pleasant to work with. They were respectful of my plants and yard while they raised my sidewalk and put my drainage underground. I would recommend Smouse Bros to my friends for any repairs they might need.

What a great experience, Evan and James just finished encapsulation and installing vapor barrier in our crawl space. They were professional, polite, and hard working young men.
